Appointment Cancellation
To avoid charges, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. For no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours, the full service cost will be charged.
Late Arrival
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a shortened service.
Right to Refuse Service
Reserve the right to refuse service to clients who are disruptive, disrespectful, or violate salon policies.
